Well, a bit of good weather, main greens, no rain and we start to see a great sight, Golfers playing golf!, For a lot of you I would like to say, welcome back, we have missed you!
This week's newsletter is a little bit a thank you to start. I'd like to thanks to all our customers this past week who have come in and enjoyed their fitting sessions with Ryan or myself for their new equipment.
It's great helping people improve their game with equipment, and it's an even better feeling when you can save them from spending money on clubs they don't need. That's what I want for all my players, when we fit and adjust clubs we look at it from a coaching perspective first. What's going to happen to the ball flight? Can we get them more distance? Can we reduced the hook with a heavier shaft? etc.
With 9 different fitting options and different suppliers, we are in a great position along with FlightScope in our studio to make sure you spend your money wisely and improve your game, rather than buying into the hype. It shouldn't be custom fitting, it should be a personal fitting but that's just my opinion. So thank you all again and we look forward to hearing all about how your new clubs, drivers, hybrids are performing for you over the start of the season.
So what have we go to tell you about? Well ladies, there is plenty for you this week, so read on!

We are going to start a new feature each week as the season builds to the Masters. Our Custom Fitter and PGA Professional will give honest reviews on the newest product available giving you an idea who it might be suited for. Remember, not all clubs suit everyone and it's why we have a selection of 9 brands to custom fit you from.
In Ryan's first review, he looks at the driver that hopefully will give him more yards this year (Of course he would do his first!)
Titleist 915 Models
The Titleist 915 D2 has a 460cc head, designed to offer more forgiveness, while the Titleist 915 D3 is a more workable 440cc model.
Want more distance more often?
The drivers are designed to offer both increased forgiveness and added distance, through high MOI and a new Active Recoil Channel and a radial speed face, I found that when I got fitted for my new Titleist with a slightly different shaft I managed to lower the spin and gain an extra 15 yards of carry distance on my old TaylorMade. The Active Recoil Channel on the sole of the club and enables the drivers to coil and spring for lower spin, improved ball speeds and greater consistency, the feel from the club face is really solid and I enjoy that feeling in a driver.
Both models feature a SureFit Tour hosel this allows you to alter your clubs loft by -1 degree or +1.5. You can also set the face to a draw or fade bias setting, which enables us to fit you easier and tweak the driver to dial it in to your needs.
Who are they for?
Both drivers are surprisingly long on mishit's which is appealing to all golfers. For maximum forgiveness and distance, most golfers will look no further than the 915D2. The 915D3 will be more appealing for players who need less spin and like to shape the ball, I am playing with the D3 this year which helps lower my spin, but fortunately I when I got fitted I added more loft and am now up to 10.75degrees!
